## The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

**In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:**

**Name:** Lezayre Parish Commissioners
**Proposal:** Levelling and restoration of land
**at:** Site Adjacent To Lezayre Community Hall, Clenagh Road, Sulby, Isle Of Man, IM7 3AB

which was considered on 8th April 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the levelling and restoration of land as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 09 0497/1, 09 0497/2, 09 0497/3 and 09 0497/4 all received on 16th February 2009.

3. On completion of the proposed works, any exposed areas are required to be seeded in the earliest seeding season. Any seeding which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next seeding season with the same species.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
