The building is a mixture of traditional architecture and more modern additions but is generally a detached building sitting in grassed grounds with car parking, surrounded by mature hedging. #### Planning Status The site lies within an area designated on the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 as Primary School. #### Planning History The following applications have been submitted in respect of this site: - PA 95/01696/B - Replacement uPVC windows, Santon School, Santon. - Initial Decision: Permitted - PA 98/02330/B - Installation of uPVC windows to replace existing, Santon School, off Main Road, Santon. 30 March 2009 09/00291/B Page 1 of 4 Initial Decision: Permitted PA 02/01209/B - Location of mobile classroom Initial Decision: Permitted Conditions : 1.
