### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the replacement of existing classroom huts with a mobile classroom as shown in drawings SC1116/P/10-00, -/10-01 and -/10-02 all received on 24th February, 2009.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
