#### Points to note

- Of all the solutions that are technically possible this application represents the lease visually intrusive
- This site will remove the need for 3 additional sites in the area
- Manx telecom has 4 masts in this area this site will cover and would require a 5th to prove coverage in to West Baldwin.
- We are obliged by our license to prove all island coverage
- Pictures taken by objectors are misleading as the subject was inadvertently placed in a more exposed position than that planned for the mast

## Conclusion

This site will prove access to emergency mobile phone calls in West Baldwin it will also prove reliable coverage on the TT course between Windy corner and Kate's cottage. Both areas currently have NO reliable coverage from any operator at present. It will also allow us to proved indoor coverage at Nobles Hospital, Cronkbourne village and Williston, areas we have received numerous complaints about. All from a single mast.
