In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions to dwelling with new driveway and vehicular access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 23/2008/01, 23/2008/02, 23/2008/03, 23/2008/04A, 23/2008/05A, 23/2008/06A, 23/2008/07B, 23/2008/08 and 23/2008/09 all received on 19th January 2009.

3. Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, the new access onto the private road, and the
hardstanding to the rear of the dwelling are to be completed in accordance with further
details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1)
of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning
(Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this
Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
