## Item For Delegated Consideration **TO:** Jennifer Chance, Development Control Manager **FROM:** Anthony Holmes, Senior Planning Officer **DATE:** 28th November 2012 **Re: PA 09/00150/B – Erection of a dwelling to replace existing cottage (comprising amendments to PA 06/01375/B). Ballachrink Croft, Ballacorey Road, Bride.** The Development Control Manager is requested to consider submissions made in relation to condition no. 5 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 5 states: *"Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, details of the driveway arrangements and materials to be used must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department."* The submission relating to the above condition comprises of a drawing detailing the extent of block paved driveway and details of bracken coloured pavilours. It is considered that this submission meets the requirements of the condition. I recommend that the submission is accepted as meeting the condition and the applicant is advised accordingly.
