In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing no.s 09/01 and 09/02 date stamped the 30th January 2009.
3. In the interests of road safety three off-street parking spaces shall be provided within the residential curtilage of the dwelling.
4. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

5. Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, details of the driveway arrangements and materials to be used must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department.
6. No permission is granted by this planning approval for the topping, lopping or felling of any trees contained within the application site.
7. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected within the area of Parkland to Ballachrink Croft.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
