## Change of Use Planning Application

**23 JUL 2010** **1 Lake Road Douglas** **Douglas 21/7/10 - IM1 5AF**

### Additional Information

#### Opening hours

- Weekdays from 10am until 5pm
- Weekends – Saturday from 10am until 5pm
- Ad hoc opening in evenings – by appointment only from 5pm until 8pm

#### Parking

One designated parking space rented from the landlord for dedicated client usage (see 1:200 plan). Position of the space is not yet confirmed but will be in that car parking area.

Staff will be given contribution toward parking at the all day car park (labelled No 1 on the 1:1250 site plan).

Clients will have options for parking in the car park at Tesco overflow car park (highlighted as No 2 on 1:500 plan) or at the all day parking (No 1 on 1:1250). There is also parking in the main body of the Tesco car park. Client appointments will generally last between 20 minutes and 1 hour so should not exceed any 2 hour limits.

#### Staffing

At a given time there usually be 3 members of staff present consisting of 2 clinicians and 1 member of administrative staff. There will be more named staff members than this but they will work on a shift basis so we envisage, for the sake of parking, to have the equivalent of 3 full time members of staff.

#### Access

There will be disabled access via a lift in the adjacent entrance to which we will have access.
