In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a replacement dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings L1, SP1, SG 001, SG 002, SG 003, SG 004 and SG 005 all received on 8th September 2010.

3. The cornicing detailing around the windows, doorway and bay windows of the existing is too be replicated in identical form and in place prior to the occupation of the dwelling.

4. Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the western elevation of the first floor bathroom window and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
