Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 28th September 2010

The Commissioners had no objection to the following planning applications:

PA10 01272 B - Mr D Murtagh - Extension to property - 62 Cronk Grianagh Strang

PA10 01310 B - Mr and Mrs C Cowley - Installation of dormer windows to rear elevation - 24 Ballamillaghyn Estate Mount Rule

PA10 01331 B - Dept of Community, Culture and Leisure - Construction of pavilion building - Land at Ballafletcher Adjacent New Nobles Hospital

PA10 01336 - Kirby Farms - Erection of an industrial building - Vicarage Road Braddan

PA10 01344 C - 50 50 Gaming Ltd - Change of use of first floor from existing retail/wholesale distribution to office accommodation - Woodside House

The Commissioners would raise an objection to the following Planning Application:-

PA10 01226 - Barry Curran Motors Ltd - Erection of illuminated and non illuminated signage - IoM Business Park. The signage is overly obtrusive and contrary to the master plan for the Business Park.
