In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of two wooden shelters for the Great Laxey Mine Railway, one at the Valley Gardens Terminus and one at the Mines Yard Terminus, as shown in drawing numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, all date stamped 14th September 2010.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
