In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to Alterations, erection of an extension and widening of driveway and vehicular access as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 10 0670/1, 10 0670/2, 10 0670/3 and 10 670/04 all received on 28th September 2010 and 12th November 2010.

3. The external finishes of the extension and oil store must match those of the existing building in all respects.

4. Prior to the commencement of any works to the side extension, the front driveway is to be extended and completed as proposed in plan 10 0670/3 and 10 670/04, to enable two off road parking spaces are provided.

5. Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the south elevation of the ground floor W.C. window and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either:

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
