Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 29th June 2010.

The Commissioners had no objection to the following Planning Applications:-

- PA10 00749 B - Celton Manx Ltd - Erection of an office building, car parking and landscaping - Fields 521888 and 521895 Ballacottier
- PA10 00760 - DLP Ltd - Installation of a fire exit to rear elevation - Unit 15 Snugborough Estate
- PA10 00782 - Dandara Commercial Ltd - Conversion of existing office building into neighbourhood shop with apartment over
- PA10 00785 - Mr Stuart Robertson - Erection of a replacement conservatory - 2 Glen View Main Road Union Mills
- PA10 00791 - Dandara Commercial Installation of first floor structure to provide additional storage - Unit 20 Middle Park Industrial Estate
- PA10 00798 B - Mr. Patrick Davy - Erection of a front boundary wall - Cummal Veg Strang Road Braddan
- PA10 00799 C - Dandara Commercial - Conversion of existing office building in shop with apartment over - Park House Annex

The Commissioners would raise an objection to the following Planning Application:-

PA10 00821 - Ms Christina Corkill - Construction of detached garage - Northern Lodge Cronkbourne. An objection was raised as it was felt by the Board that the building would be in contravention of Environment Policy 35, as the design of the building would be inappropriate as it is adjacent to a conservation area.
