PROPOSED TRACTOR SHED / HAY BARN / STABLE \& TACK ROOM \& POLYTUNNEL
BALLAMIN COTTAGE, LHEN ROAD, BRIDE
The intention is to keep 1 or 2 family horses in the field which has just been reseeded. However as the site is open to wind from the north and east in particular horses cannot be brought to the site until shelter is available. In the meantime the field may be utilised by a neighbouring farmer for grazing sheep.

The shed and the polytunnel have both been sited so as to

- Make maximum use of existing screening provided b a gorse topped Manx hedge;
- Obtain maximum shelter from the wind; and

Be outside of the 9 m wide "development free corridor" imposed by the field's location on one side of an 11 kv overhead power line.
