The application site is not located within a Conservation Area and nor is it a registered building. The proposal is an improvement on the existing door door. The property already has uPVC windows. It is considered the installation of a uPVC door would not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality.

It is recommended that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
