## File Note At the request of the Deputy Secretary of the Planning Committee, I visited No. 2 Albert Street, Douglas to ascertain whether a front uPVC door was still in-situ. I carried out my site inspection on Monday 17th October 2011. Upon arrival at the site, I noted that the unauthorised uPVC front door was still in-situ.
