In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to **Mannin Chambers Limited** for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 25th May 2010.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for:

**Installation of signage (in association with 10/00487/CON).**

The site for positioning the advert is:

**8 Finch Road Douglas Isle of Man IM1 2PT**

The conditions for such placement are:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This consent relates to display of signage as shown in drawing numbers C202 rev A, location plan and signage details date stamped 7th April 2010.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
