### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the erection of a building to store farm and golf course maintenance equipment as shown in drawings PA-01, PA-02, PA-03 (P4282-01), PA-04 and photographs PA-05A and PA-05B date stamped 28th January 2010.
3. All cladding materials to be green coated metal sheeting or such other colour as may be agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.

4. On completion of the proposed building, the proposed hedging/banking is to be planted/created. The planting is required to take place in the first planting and seeding seasons. Any trees or shrub which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species unless the Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

**Guidance Note** This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
