In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22nd July 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The application for approval of the reserved matters shall be made to the Planning Authority before the expiration of two years from the date of this permission.
2. Approval of the details of siting, design, external appearance of the building[s], internal layout, means of access, landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained from the Planning Authority in writing before any development is commenced.
3. The development hereby approved shall not be in use outside of the hours of 8 am to 11pm.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

With the exception of Mr Cottier and Mr Evans, the Committee rejected the recommendation of the case officer and the application was **approved** subject to the following condition(s).

C 1. The application for approval of the reserved matters shall be made to the Planning Authority before the expiration of two years from the date of this permission.
