### **Schedule Of Conditions:**

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of an extension to the rear of dwelling shown in P10 150 01 P1, P10 150 02 P1 and P10 150 03 P1 received 4th March 2010.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
