### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a conservatory to the rear elevation of the dwelling house as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 4095/01, 4095/02 and 4095/03 all received on 12th March 2010.

3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

4. Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the north elevation of the high level conservatory windows and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
