In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 23rd June 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This planning approval relates to the erection of 25 dwellings (amended house types from those approved under planning application 07/02153/B on plots 2 to 26 as shown on drawing no.s 2384.1 rev. A, 2384.6, 2384.7, 2384.8, 2384.9, 2384.10, 2384.11 and 2384.12 rev. A date stamped the 15th March 2010.

3. No dwelling shall be occupied until the estate road has been constructed to at least base course level and adequately lit from the junction with the adopted highway up to the access onto each dwelling within the development.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
