### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the alterations, installation of replacement windows and conversion of second and third floors into two self contained apartments as shown in drawing numbers HLK/10/0089/1, HLK/10/0089/2, HLK/10/0089/3, HLK/10/0089/4, HLK/10/0089/5, HLK/10/0089/6 and photographs date stamped 24th March 2010.

3. No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
