In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10th May 2010, subject to compliance with the **conditions** specified below. **Date of Issue:** 17th May 2010 **Murray House**

#### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of an industrial building with associated parking, as shown in drawings WL/10/1153/1, WL/10/1153/2 and WL/10/1153/3 all received on 26th March, 2010.

3. The cladding must match that on the existing building to the north east or otherwise be approved by the planning authority prior to the application of any external finish to the building.

4. Any proposal for the creation of further floorspace through the introduction of additional floors within the building must be the subject of further planning approval before being implemented and such proposal must address the need for the provision of further vehicular parking to accommodate the additional floorspace in accordance with the requirements of the Strategic Plan (Appendix Seven).

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
