### The Control Of Advertisements Regulations 2005

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to **Patricia Wild Opticians** for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 29th March 2010.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;

#### Erection of advertising signage.

The site for positioning the advert is;

#### 6 Auckland Terrace Parliament Street Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1AF

The conditions for such placement are:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of advertising signage shown in drawings P10 155 01 P1 and Sign Detail received 3rd February 2010.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
