### Reason(S) For Refusal:

1. The proposed signage would be contrary to Environment Policy 35 and Environment Policy 37 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 by reason of its design and use of materials. It would result in the introduction of an unduly incongruous feature into the street scene, which would neither preserve nor enhance the character or appearance of the Conservation Area and would have a detrimental impact on the visual amenities of the locality.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
