### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the installation of a replacement door as shown in drawings 1502-02 date stamped 18 February 2010, the location plan date stamped 15 February 2010 and 18 February 2010 and the A4 Photo Sheet date stamped 18th February, 2010.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
