## Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application to discharge Condition 2 relating to application 14/00772/B for planning permission for the removal of the existing entrance pillars and walls and the erection of replacement pillars, walls and new automatic entrance gates at Farmhill Manor Farmhill Lane, Douglas. Condition 2 is as follows:

### C 2.

No development shall commence until samples of the natural stone to be used in the construction of the external facing of the walls to either side of the gates have been provided on site and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The approved natural stone shall be kept on site for reference until the development is completed. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.

The applicant provides the following photograph as evidence of the stone on site, which was considered acceptable and sufficient to discharge this condition.
