They would be grateful for clarification on this point. The Board also wish to point out that historically the area is prone to flooding and wish to highlight this risk. PA14/0040/B - The Commissioners wish to reiterate their previous objection to the use of their car park as a means to meet parking requirements, to date they have not been approached by the developer.
