Erection of Agricultural Building to provide stables & equestrian training
arena & construction of 2 banks @ Praslin, Grenaby Road, Ballabeg IM9 4HD

Existing access from Grenaby Road to gate @ post X, West corner or field.
New track from gate @ post X to SW and along SE elevation.
Parking for staff member & horse trailer alongside entrance as shown.

New banks as shown 1.00 > 1.2 m high for landscaping & wind protection.
NW (rear) portion dug into slope, with spoil dragged to form base for SE
portion, track to SE and new banks to SE and NE.

Materials -

Side elevations SE & NW - green coated corrugated sheeting.
Gable walls SW & NE - green painted blockwork, green sheeting over up to apex.
Roof - 80 % green coated, 20 % clear corrugated sheeting.
Rainwater discharged to exiting ditch.

Days of operation - arena aprox 240 days p/a. Stables aprox 300 days p/a.

Hours of operation -

arena 1.00pm > 4.00pm, stables 8.00am >10.00am & 5.00pm > 7.00pm.
Staff - 1 employee, 2 family members.
