# Duncox Hospitality Planning Proposal

Proposal for 15-17 Duke Street, Douglas Isle of Man IM1 2BB from Duncox Hospitality Limited
Change of Use from existing Retails Units to a Bar and Kitchen accepted under planning reference 18/01240/C. Alteration to opening times only amendment

Business Details
We will be looking to bring a new concept to the centre of Douglas. Serving quality, homecooked food from locally sourced suppliers in an inviting atmosphere that will help with the redevelopment of the Duke Street area in Douglas. Showing live sports from all around the world we will cater for everyone's tastes. With many empty units at this end of town we feel we can increase footfall and bring a vibrate feel to the high street.

There will be no changes to the main building structure or appearance to achieve our proposed outcome.

Staff Numbers and Operational Hours
We will be creating 8-10 new jobs which could increase over time.
Our opening hours will be as follows:
Monday 11.00am until 01.00am
Tuesday 11.00am until 01.00am
Wednesday 11.00am until 01.00am
Thursday 11.00am until 01.00am
Friday 11.00am until 01.00am
Saturday 11.00am until 01.00am
Sunday 11.00am until 01.00am
Parking Arrangements
Our proposed site is located just 50 metres from the Parade Street West Car Park and less than 100 metres from Shaws Brow Car Park too. We are also conveniently located to the main Douglas Bus Station and taxi rank outside Artisan Restaurant on Victoria Street.

Deliveries and Refuge
The proposed site has a private, locked courtyard at the back of the premises which backs onto a through road accessed from Lord Street for Deliveries. Bins will be kept secured overnight for minimal disruption

Customer Frequency
We anticipate to serve between 30-50 meals per day plus customers watching sports and casual drinking.
