Information accompanying planning permission application for change of use at Ailsa Craig, 13 Cooil Breryk, Ramsey, IM8 3HL

The following information provides further details of the proposed business use

- I am a sole trader, do not employ anyone and do not envisage doing so.
- Clients would be on a one to one basis, would be unlikely to total more than 4 or 5 on any given day and for those arriving by car, parking is available on our driveway which in addition to the garage has space for 2 cars. Client visits would not overlap so there would be no requirement for clients to wait on or outside the premises. Appointments would not be either early in the morning or late at night. Product deliveries would be infrequent with no increase from current levels which are occasional, 2 or 3 per month at most.
- There would be no discernible increase in noise levels, indeed a quiet environment is an essential part of the treatment process.
- No fumes or smells would be generated.
- No external or internal alterations to the property are required other than internal decoration of the room in question.
- Only one room will be used, including for the little storage space that is required for products used in treatments.
- No business vehicles will be parked at the premises other than my own car which is currently used in part for business purposes for my existing mobile beauty business.
