## Town and Country Planning Act 1999

### The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Robinsons Fresh Foods Ltd, Ref 08/01273/B, for the Erection of a flower packaging and storage shed at Ballapaddag Cooil Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM4 2AF subject to compliance with the following condition(s):

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the flower packing and storage shed as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings $08-$ J055 00, 08 - J055 01A, 08 - J055 02A and 08 J055 03A all received on 1st July 2008.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
4. The proposed shed hereby approved shall be used for the purposes of packaging and storage only. At no time shall any part of the building be used for the display of any product for sale.

Sorry Paul, The original Application was 08/01273/B Flower Shed 12th July 2008. I do not have a copy of the approval or conditions to hand but this application is to allow the identified area to be rented out for use by other groups and not just part of the Floristry centre. I was originally intended this area was used for training and floristry demonstrations (as shown on drawings) I don't know if that was confirmed in the conditions.
