Tower House is unique and modern retail and office complex situated in the centre of Douglas with frontage onto the main pedestrianised retail thoroughfare with views over Douglas Bay from the Promenade (east) elevation.

Tower House is located within walking distance of all the amenities of the town with the main Chester Street multi-storey car park only a short distance away.

The buildings on the western side of the road have a strong sense of uniformity in terms of their height (largely 4 storeys) and their traditional vernacular with significant architectural detailing and bay windows dominating the exterior.

Other retailers situated close by include River Island, Next, Topshop and HMV.

The site is located within the Douglas Promenades Conservation Area.
