The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:

12/01586/B Erection of an agricultural building for the storage of equipment and produce, Land Adjacent To Glasshouse Thie Darragh Gob-E-Volley Main Road Sulby – re-advertised due to amended plans. No further comments to add.

13/00003/B Mr R Phillips Sycamore House, Glen Duff, Lezayre - Erection of wooden screening behind existing front wall (Retrospective), Sycamore House Glen Duff. Approved Unanimous.

13/00064/B Mr Carl Huxham 18 Balleigh Mews, Ramsey - Extension to existing agricultural building, Field 134898 Cronk Aalin Farm Narradale Sulby. Mr A Radcliffe declared an interest. Approved Unanimous.

13/00068/B Mr and Mrs White – Riverside Glen, Auldyn - Erection of a dwelling with integral garage, Land Adjacent To Riverside Glen Auldyn. Refused Unanimous. Is the land zoned for development? The Commissioners feel that the proposed building is not in keeping with the surrounding properties. They also have concerns regarding the access from the property onto the road.

13/00096/B V Radcliffe – Kellaway, Kella Road, Sulby – Alterations and erection of extensions to dwelling. Mr A Radcliffe declared an interest. Approved Unanimous.
