### The Registered Building Regulations 2005

On 2nd January 2013, and in pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations, the Department of Infrastructure has given **CONSENT** to the works proposed under reference, **12/01428/CON**, by The Vicars & Wardens for Registered Building Consent for alterations, internal re-ordering and erection of replacement porch (RB no 85 in association with 12/01427/GB) to Christ Church Hill Laxey Isle of Man IM4 7AX subject to compliance with the following conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the works as shown in drawings Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawing No: 82:3:12 Plan as Existing received 23rd October 2012 and 43:4:12 Rev A received 28th November 2012.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her. This consent refers only to that required under The Registered Building Regulations 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or

If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department's public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.

Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DAYS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
