### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of illuminated signage, 26 Victoria Street, Douglas as shown by 1, 2, 2012/5 01 and Proposed Shop Signage received 17th January 2012.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
