On the 10th February 2011, and after consultation, the Council of Ministers accepted the recommendation contained within that report and the application was approved subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

## Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

3. The existing skirtings, architraves, doors sanitary ware is required to be catalogued and carefully removed and stored for re-use. Any damaged or not capable of being re-installed will be replicated to match existing.
