## Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application to discharge Condition 4 relating to application 10/01872/CON for Registered Building Consent Approval for external maintenance works and internal alterations at Castletown Police Station, The Quay, Castletown (Registered Building Nos. 27). Condition 4 is as follows:

### C 4.

Prior to the commencement of the development, a 1 metre x 1 metre sample panel of the limestone external wall must be prepared to indicate: method of removal of the existing pointing and the finished lime mortar pointing, the location of which is to be agreed, for inspection by the Conservation Officer and subsequent approval by the Planning Authority.

A 1 metre x 1 metre sample panel of the limestone external wall was prepared and pointed with lime mortar was considered on site on 19th August 2011, which was considered acceptable and sufficient to discharge this condition.
