Planning permission application to replace front and rear doors at:

The Old Vicarage

Church Road

Maughold

IM7 1AS

Consideration has been given to the elevation where the door is situated. It is not road facing however, the design of proposed replacement composite front door unit has been carefully chosen to be sympathetic to the age and style of the house and appropriate for our period property. We have selected a design that we believe would also be in keeping with the heritage of the house, being a former vicarage.

The replacement door unit will be black in colour which matches the existing colour scheme.

Similarly, the rear utility room replacement uPVC door design has been selected to match the appearance of the existing door and will also be black in line with the current one. The rear door elevation is not visible to the public highway from any angle.
