# Brewery Expansion Planning Statement

Site of Existing Home Brewery at Lough Ned within the Workshop with attached garage, original planning application 87/00872/B

There is currently a 50 Litre Brewery within the workshop with one Fermenting Vessel in use purely for home consumption. It is proposed to purchase extra Fermenters and to sell the product in take away containers ( 4 pints and 18 pints) and also sell to the Trade when Pubs resume trading. Each Fermenter is capable of filling $5 \times 18$ containers or $22 \times 4$-pint containers or 2 Trade containers of 40 pints. At present I brew one day a week and each extra Fermenter would require another day's brewing.

With one extra Fermenter, customer visits would be between 5 and 22
With two Extra Fermenters 10 to 44
There would be no extra building work or alteration to any services, The site has ample parking to cope with customer visits and to ensure social distancing under present conditions.
