Please find enclosed 4 number copies of a Planning Application for the proposed additional rooflights to the existing approved extension, reference 16/00673/B. Enclosed with the application are the following;

3. Cheque to the total sum of £ 142.50.
4. Three further copies of the covering letter.

Application fee calculation; The house extension; Ground floor  first floor extension  total of . Fee schedule 2017/18 Part 2b(i). Previous three £ 265.00 (fee scale 2016). Current fee scale £ 285.00 / 2=£ 142.50

## Design statement

While under construction the applicant has established a need for additional rooflights to supplement the natural lighting. As the approved application the first-floor rooflights are to be obscured with frosted glass. The ground floor rooflights are to be clear glass.
