# Dog Daycare Management Plan

## 18/00257

### Management Plan

There is only myself as an employee to begin with, looking after an estimate of 10 dogs. If my business expands I hope to employ 1 person to another 10 dogs, however I am anticipating that this will not be the case in my first year. The most dogs I would like to have will be 20 dogs to 2 members of staff one of which will be myself.

I have recently been away to do a course on running a doggy daycare. On this course I learnt how to imply a no-barking policy which I will be implementing to keep the noise levels down. The daycare will be from 7 am to 18.30 pm mon-sat however, I would like to apply for longer hours until 20.00 pm as some of my customers may need me to look after them a bit longer. I would also like to use the unit on the weekends for activities like puppy parties and also taster days.

There is parking for 1 car however I will be walking to the unit so this space can be used for drop off and pick ups. There is room on site for more customers to drop off and pick up. See site plan.
