Please find enclosed 4 number copies of a retrospective Planning Application for the proposed refurbishment and extension to the rear of the above property.
Enclosed with the application are the following;
Documents enclosed.

1. Completed application form plus 3 copies.
2. Completed land ownership certificate.
3. Cheque to the total sum of £ 95.00.
4. Three further copies of the covering letter.
5. 4 number copies of drawings,
1)  rev A. Location and Site Plans.

4)  rev B. Revised Plans.
5)  rev B. Revised Elevations.

Application fee calculation; Revised Windows, no increase in floor plan. Fee schedule 2018 Part 2b(i). £ 95.00

### Design statement

During construction the applicant has advised that the french windows opening to the rear of the extension have now been repositioned to the gable end elevation. This was possible as previously the gable elevation was situated adjacent to a large garden compost area which has now been relocated. In addition a small

window has been added to the existing side elevation providing natural daylight to the new bathroom.
Both of these adjustments are not visible from the public highway.
