## Introduction

In 2017, an application was submitted and permitted no. (17/01012/C)
to change the use of an existing apartment on upper floors to Hair/Beauty Salon as an extension of the existing ground floor salon. This was made possible by making a doorway in the apartment stairwell to link Beauty Salon the floors above.

The client has asked to submit an application to reverse the property back to how it was. The proposal is to remove the doorway and replace it with an insulated timber stud with fireboard on both sides and skimmed. This will separate the apartment from the salon as it was before.
