# Agricultural Building Justification Letter

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

WITH REGARDS TO THE
PROPOSED USE FOR THE AGRICULTURAL BUILDING ON THE
ENCLOSED APPLICATION -

FOLLOWING THE CONVERSION OF THE FORMER
FARM YARD TO TOURISM, WE FIND THAT WE ARE
LACKING FACILITIES TO SEGREGATE AND HANDLE
OUR PEDIGREE LIMOUSIN YOUNGSTOCK TO AN ACCEPTABLE
STANDARD TO ENHANCE RETURNS ACHIEVABLE VIA
A HIGHER HEALTH STANDARD WHICH REQUIRES A DEGREE
OF SEPARATION FROM OUR COMMERCIAL HERD.

THE PROPOSED BUILDING WOULD ENABLE US TO ALSO
TRAIN AND PREPARE THE CATTLE FOR SHOWS AND SALES.
