#### Location

The shop is situated along Duke Street, Douglas, opposite its junction with Kings Street. This store is surrounded by other retail units.

#### Proposals

As part of the stores forthcoming refit, we are seeking Planning Permission to replace the existing roof edge protection near the rear roof steps with new permanent kee clamp roof edge protection.
