THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 1995

In pursuance of the powers exercised by them as district planning authority this Council, having considered your application to carry out the development detailed below in accordance with the plan(s) accompanying the said application, do hereby give notice of their decision to GRANT PERMISSION for the said development subject to Schedule Two on the notes attached and to any additional conditions set out below.

PROPOSAL: Variation of part Condition 08 of Planning Permission COL/98/0328 to read "Wines and spirits in quantities of not less than a case (9 litres) and beers in manufacturers' packs"

subject to compliance with the following conditions :-

01 The retail unit hereby permitted shall be used solely for the sale of furniture, carpets and floor coverings, white electrical goods, home improvement products, DIY goods and materials, gardening and associated products, wines and spirits in quantities of not less than a case (9 litres), beers in manufacturer's packs of not less than 8 cans or 10 bottles, or such other goods as may be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and for no other purpose (including any other purposes in Class A1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking or re-enacting that Order).

REASON: For the avoidance of doubt as to the scope of the permission and so as not to prejudice established shopping policies. NOTE: The permission only relates to a variation of Condition 08 of Planning Permission COL/98/0328 and all other conditions remain valid. **End of Conditions**
