The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. 2. The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out unless in full accordance with the plans, date-stamped 20th September 2013 Ref: 131004 0001 issue P, and the plan received 7th October 2013 Ref: 131004 0002 issue A. 3. Notwithstanding Condition 2, above, the window frames in the extension hereby approved shall be of a mahogany woodgrain finish to match those of the existing dwelling, unless otherwise agreed with the Planning Division in advance. This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013. In accordance with Article 8 of the Order any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice. Should you wish to appeal against this decision your request must be in writing, signed by you as appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal your request must contain: - Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in an order made by the Department under Section 1(1) of the Fees and Duties Act 1989 (currently £150); - The reasons for making the appeal; and - An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation.
