The comment stated;

Whilst we appreciate the good work done at the Bonwick Family center, we just wanted to mention the problems incurred with the lack of parking facilities, in the past this has been a cause of concern as we have been blocked in as we park off road. The worry is the danger due to bad parking as this is the main bus route for the schools, and heavy traffic during busy periods. There is also a complimentary bus stop on both sides of the road and this becomes very difficult to negotiate when vehicles are parked. Many children cross near this junction to access the schools, and it is hazardous especially during bad weather, and the dark winter days. Maybe the users of Bonwick could be advised not to park in the area as part of the contract when completing their application.
